UK orders are delivered within 5 working days after dispatch. Orders over £100 include free standard delivery. Orders under £100 carry a £5.95 charge.

Yes. A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. For the most current update, check directly with the courier using that link.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels attached. Returns are at your expense. Online purchases cannot be returned in store.

Download the returns form from our Shipping and Returns page, complete it, and include it with your parcel. For exchanges, email sales@paulcostelloebags.com before sending anything back.

Allow 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, allow a further 3 to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Email sales@paulcostelloebags.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Our customer care team will take it from there.

We currently ship to selected countries across Europe, Australia, and Asia. We don't ship to the United States or Canada just yet, but we will be soon. Wipe down with a soft, dry cloth after use. A light application of leather conditioner two or three times a year will keep it supple. Keep your bag away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and prolonged contact with water. Avoid baby wipes, household sprays, or anything alcohol-based, as these can strip and discolour the leather.

Blot the surface gently with a clean dry cloth and leave it to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a hairdryer or place it near a radiator. Once fully dry, apply a small amount of leather conditioner to restore suppleness.

Store your bag stuffed with tissue paper to help it hold its shape, in a dust bag or pillowcase, away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging it for extended periods as this can distort the straps.
